  Joseph D. Lane is the senior attorney in our firm. He is a University of Akron, School of Law graduate. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Adrian College, Adrian, Michigan. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, The Ohio State Bar Association, Probate and Trust Law Section, American Bar Association and the Mahoning and Trumbull County Bar Associations. Attorney Lane is a member of the Pro Seniors Hotline Referral Attorney Panel which aids older Ohioans with legal concerns. Attorney Lane has four sons and lives in Canfield Township with his wife Andrea. Robert N. Rusu is a graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. He received his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University. He has been with our firm since his admission to the Bar. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, The Ohio State Bar Association, Mahoning County and Trumbull County Bar Associations, Mahoning County Young Lawyers and the American Bar Association. Attorney Rusu is also a member of the Pro Seniors Hotline Referral Attorney Panel. Attorney Rusu lives in Canfield Township with his wife, Cheryl, and four children. Charlene E. Burke has been practicing law in the Tri-County area for the last 17 years. She is a graduate of the University of Akron, School of Law. Her undergraduate degree is from Youngstown State University. Attorney Burke has been a trust officer with several local financial institutions and is a member of NAELA, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Mahoning County Bar Association. Attorney Burke lives in Canfield with her husband, Richard.
